We ratified our second contract in 2022! Our current contract includes:

Increases to affordable healthcare access, more than tripling the number of adjunct faculty eligible for full health insurance coverage.

Improvements to job stability with year-long contracts for 20 senior adjuncts, and an expanded course cancellation policy protecting against both late and early course cancellations.

A new 5% retirement match for adjunct faculty, an increase of 3%.

Pay increases every year for the next 3 years.

An initial pay raise retroactive to the start of the Fall 2022 semester for all adjunct faculty.

We are the first Bargaining Unit of UAP! We won our union for adjunct faculty in 2017.
